Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our energetic team at our flagship location within a bustling shopping mall. In this role, you will serve as a vital leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining the store’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

- Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store according to scheduled hours, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product demos and technical explanations to enhance their shopping experience
- Drive sales through effective upselling techniques and personalized customer interactions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure products are attractively displayed and organized
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, organizing merchandise, and assisting with replenishment




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly via in-person interactions or phone etiquette, fostering loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or product demonstrations, is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly to customers
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for connecting with a broader customer base
