Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your tasks will include electrical repairs, plumbing work, and renovations. You'll also guide other staff, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform skilled maintenance in plumbing and electrical fields
- Construct and repair walls, windows, and cabinetry
- Complete painting and finishing work for renovations
- Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance staff
