This role requires three years of snow removal experience and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays from November to April. Operators will manage salting duties while maintaining site safety and compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate sanding trucks (F550, F750) on various surfaces
- Ensure clean sites and prevent property damage
- Respond quickly to emergency sanding requests
- Communicate with supervisors about road conditions
