We’re looking for a Part-Time Wellness Advisor to join our Bedford team for evenings and weekends. Someone who truly lights up when helping others feel better, live well, and make informed choices for their health. This role is about connection, education, and thoughtful recommendations. Our Wellness Advisors are trusted guides, helping customers navigate organic foods, natural health products, and supplements with confidence and care.

- Confident in your knowledge, yet humble and curious – always excited to keep learning.
- Well-versed in organic and natural foods, wellness brands, and supplements (or eager to expand your knowledge quickly).
- Experienced in retail or sales (an asset), with a strong sense of accountability and ownership on the floor
- Confident and the ability to think on your feet.

What the role involves:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and make personalized, informed product recommendations
- Creating a welcoming, elevated in-store experience that reflects Luminate’s values
- Supporting store operations, merchandising, and daily flow in a retail environment
- Ensuring the store eseathics are maintaned.
- Working collaboratively with the team to support both customer experience and store performance
