Parts Clerk

Our client, a company in the industrial sector (sales, rental, and repair of tanks, heavy-duty vehicle parts, etc.), is looking for a parts clerk.

You will interact with customers and mechanics to respond to their requests, locate the correct parts, prepare orders, and follow up on them.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Search for parts and accessories on our e-commerce site
- Advise customers and recommend parts and products suited to their needs
- Prepare and manage parts orders
- Prepare sales invoices

What we’re looking for

- Experience as a parts clerk or parts advisor
- Experience in the tanker or heavy-duty vehicle industry (a plus)
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written French; working knowledge of English (a plus)
