What we are looking for?

Brantford Chrysler is currently seeking a motivated Parts Manager to join our leadership team in Brantford, reporting directly to the General Manager.

What would your day to day look like?

· Oversee a successful parts team

· Support and collaborate with a service and body shop that includes a team of 10 technicians in a 15 bay facility

· Recruit, train, coach and mentor a high-performing team

· Monitor departmental performance, coach to goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

· Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service

· Ensure every customer receives an outstanding buying experience

What qualifications are we looking for?

· Proven success in parts department management or a similar leadership role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets

· Strong leadership with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating people

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

· Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with excellent time management skills
