- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service across all client and internal department interactions.

Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving:
- Pick, pack, and inspect parts orders for local delivery, shipping, or transfer to branch locations using correct warehousing protocols.
- Receive, inspect, log, and stock routine vendor shipments as well as high-priority emergency parts orders.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move heavy equipment components.
- Handle vendor returns, warranty parts processes,

and proper disposal/scrapping of non-returnable inventory according to company guidelines.

Inventory Control & Logistics:
- Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits in coordination with parts management.
- Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, short/over situations, and duplicate bin locations.
- Operate company vehicles to pick up or deliver urgent parts and supplies as directed.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or technical school certificate in parts operations, or equivalent experience in warehouse distribution.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record to operate company delivery vehicles.
- Forklift Certification (In house training provided).
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment, construction machinery, or automotive mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical parts diagrams and schematic drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a heavy equipment dealership, agricultural, or industrial machinery parts department.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy parts and equipment up to 50–75 lbs.
- Willingness to perform manual labor, including bending, reaching, standing for extended periods, and working in warehouse or shop environments.

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay & Steady Hours: Stable full-time schedule.
- Supportive Workplace Culture: A collaborative, respectful environment built on solid cross-department teamwork.
