Role Description The Parts Sales Representative is a full-time Monday to Friday, on-site role based in Timmins, ON, responsible for supporting customers with their heavy equipment and forestry parts needs. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, identifying and sourcing parts, preparing quotations, and processing orders in the parts system. The role involves maintaining accurate pricing and inventory records, coordinating with the warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery, and following up with customers to support ongoing satisfaction.

Representative also contributes to sales initiatives, builds strong customer relationships, and promotes Itec Timmins product lines and services. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues to maintain effective parts operations and a high level of service.

Qualifications

- Bilingual is an asset.
- Customer-focused skills,



including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales skills, including experience in Sales and an interest in promoting parts, components, and related services.
- Operational skills in Inventory Control, with attention to detail and accuracy in parts ordering and stock management.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in parts sales, heavy equipment, automotive, forestry, or industrial supply environments is an asset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of inventory or ERP systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Timmins, ON, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
