Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island’s west coast is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our in-house pastry operations. You will manage daily pastry activities, collaborate with The Pointe Restaurant, On The Rocks Bar, and Driftwood Café, and mentor a culinary team to deliver seasonal, artisanal pastries and desserts.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 3 years in fine dining pastry, Journeyman/Red Seal and Food Secure certifications, and a passion for high-quality ingredients and sustainable practices.
