Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic Patient Ambassador to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. In this vital role, you will create a positive first impression for patients and visitors, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience throughout their visit. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a caring environment where patients feel valued and comfortable.

The hours for this position are set at: Mondays/Wednesdays 8:30am-5pm Tuesdays/Thursdays 10:30am-7:15pm

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Provide clear information about appointments, procedures, and office policies
- Manage patient inquiries via phone or in person, directing calls and messages appropriately




- Support the dental team by coordinating appointment schedules and confirming upcoming visits
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects our welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with dental office software is a plus
- Knowledge of office procedures and customer service best practices
- Prior experience in a dental office environment is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
