Their team takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while helping patients receive the care, information, and ongoing support they need. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing thoughtful, attentive service.

As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient experience, welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the clinic’s day-to-day administrative needs. This is a full-time, in-person position with regular working hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. You are warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

You understand that visiting a healthcare clinic can sometimes feel overwhelming and know how to make patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Welcome patients and create a friendly,



comfortable clinic experience Assist with third-party insurance, WCB, and Veterans Affairs claims Prepare reports and support general clinic administration Maintain office and clinic supplies Assist clinicians with documentation and administrative support Provide basic hearing aid cleaning and maintenance support following training Provide coverage or assistance at another clinic location when required High school diploma required Diploma in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset Previous administrative, reception, customer service, or healthcare office experience Comfortable using office management, scheduling, or customer relationship management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience processing insurance, WCB, or Veterans Affairs claims is considered an asset Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and vacation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
