SOMOM Pelvic Health & Family Wellness is looking for a talented and compassionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in the heart of High Park.
SOMOM means Stages of Motherhood. Our clinic was created to provide thoughtful, personalized care through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health concerns, menopause, pediatric development and family wellness. We also provide inclusive pelvic healthcare for people of all genders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist who wants more than a treatment room. We are building a collaborative clinical community where practitioners feel respected, supported and inspired to deliver exceptional care.

Experienced pelvic health physiotherapists are encouraged to apply. We also welcome motivated physiotherapists who have completed pelvic health training and are committed to developing advanced clinical skills.
Areas You May Treat
Depending on your training, experience and clinical interests, your caseload may include:
- Urinary urgency, frequency and incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pelvic pain and painful intercourse
- Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle and low-back pain
- Birth preparation
- Postpartum recovery
- Diastasis recti
- Constipation and bowel dysfunction
- Endometriosis-related concerns
- Menopause and perimenopause
- Return to exercise and sport
- Post-prostatectomy rehabilitation
- Male pelvic health
- Gender-inclusive pelvic healthcare
- Orthopaedic conditions related to pelvic health
What You Will Do
- Complete comprehensive pelvic health assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
- Provide internal pelvic floor examinations and treatment when clinically appropriate and with informed consent
- Educate and empower patients throughout their recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with referring professionals when appropriate
- Collaborate with other practitioners across the clinic
- Participate in community education, workshops or outreach according to your interest
- Contribute to a respectful, welcoming and inclusive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Pelvic health physiotherapy training appropriate to the services provided
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to informed consent, patient dignity, privacy and trauma-informed care
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Previous pelvic health experience is preferred

Pay: $96.00-$132.00 per hour
