United Way of Calgary and Area seeks a People & Culture Advisor to bridge strategic HR with payroll, benefits, safety, and employee relations. Reporting to the Vice President, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to support the full HR lifecycle in a quick-paced environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with Alberta standards and safety regulations. A collaborative, inclusive culture awaits in a hybrid Calgary-based role.
