Altis Recruitment is partnering with a global organization in the music and entertainment industry to hire a People Manager for its Canadian operations. You will lead a small People team and partner with senior leadership to move payroll, performance, compensation and employee experience forward.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience, solid business partnering, and hands-on HR operations. This is a hybrid, Toronto-based position with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
