- Test the performance of different audiences, creative assets, messages, offers, and landing pages.
- Make recommendations on investment allocation based on observed performance.
Demand Generation & Conversion
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at turning awareness and interest in Atlantis into qualified business inquiries.
- Analyze the customer journey between campaigns, the website, and conversion forms.
- Identify points of friction and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of landing pages, calls to action, and forms.
- Analyze the quality of generated leads in collaboration with Sales and the CRM Manager.
- Identify the campaigns, audiences, and sources generating the strongest opportunities.
- Recommend and implement tests designed to progressively improve conversion rates.
- Regularly analyze website performance using available analytics tools.

- Analyze the website’s organic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify content opportunities based on search data and provide recommendations to the Brand Manager.

- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, advertising platforms, and other available data sources to understand performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Clearly communicate results, key learnings, and next steps to the Marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
You are analytical, curious, and action-oriented.
You enjoy understanding why a campaign is - or isn't - performing and digging into the data to find ways to improve it.
You are equally comfortable working with marketing platforms and analyzing results.
Ideally, You Have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, acquisition, paid media, or a similar role.

- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Meta Ads or other advertising platforms is considered an asset.
- A good understanding of SEO and conversion optimization principles.
- A good understanding of landing pages and digital user journeys.
- The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- A general understanding of CRM systems and the journey between Marketing and Sales.
- The ability to work effectively with external agencies and partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a continuous desire to learn and improve results.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English to collaborate effectively with our partners and markets across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, fitness, sports, commercial equipment, or distributor-based environment is considered an asset.
What Will Really Set You Apart
We are not simply looking for someone who can produce reports or monitor campaigns.
We are looking for someone whose natural approach is:
You are curious.
You test your assumptions.
You look beyond the numbers to understand what is really driving performance.
When a campaign is not performing, you want to understand why.
When it is performing, you look for ways to improve it or replicate its success.
You also understand that a click or an impression is not the end goal: performance marketing should ultimately contribute to generating qualified interest and supporting the company’s growth.
How We’ll Measure Your Success
Your success will not be measured solely by traffic, impressions, or clicks.
We will look at your ability to:
- Continuously improve the performance of our digital campaigns.
- Increase qualified traffic from our priority markets.
- Generate more qualified inquiries and leads.
- Progressively improve the efficiency of our media investments.
- Identify the audiences, campaigns, and channels with the greatest potential.
- Improve the quality of our tracking and analytics.
- Develop a stronger understanding of our digital audiences and their behaviour.
- Turn data into actionable recommendations and improvements.
- Build a structured approach to testing and continuous optimization.
Why Join Atlantis?
You will have the opportunity to play a hands‑on role in Atlantis’ next phase of growth and directly contribute to the development of our digital marketing capabilities.
