The Performance Media

Analyst is responsible for managing the end to end performance media for clients, including planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns. Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and reporting campaigns on an ongoing basis ~ Work with creative teams to develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive results ~ Set-up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms ~ Set up new accounts and implement account strategy ~ Grow expertise and skillset across all paid media channels by working closely with strategists and team leads ~ Draft POVs on recent tools and tactics, as required ~ Draft search and social copy, as required ~2-4 years of experience managing paid media ~ Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism,



business or relevant experience ~ Knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) ~ Up-to-date on the latest digital trends and able to apply educated recommendations based on this knowledge ~ Demonstrates an interest in researching new channels and methods of paid amplification ~ Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment Our benefits are anything but basic, with vacation time available on day one (not to mention an extra bonus week during the holidays), an annual travel credit (for non-work related travel), and free office snacks and drinks to keep you energized when you’re around.
