Our client is a well-established healthcare organization operating community pharmacies within multidisciplinary medical centres. As the organization continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead an established pharmacy team, drive operational excellence, and support the ongoing growth of the pharmacy.
Position Summary
As a Pharmacist, you will work as part of a well-supported pharmacy team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while practising to your full scope. You will provide clinical services, build strong relationships with patients, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the pharmacy.
The pharmacy offers strong operational support, experienced pharmacy staff, pharmacist overlap,
and a collaborative environment where pharmacists are encouraged to use their clinical skills and make a meaningful impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, patient-centred pharmacy care.
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
- Provide medication reviews, counselling, injections, and other clinical pharmacy services within scope of practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and expand clinical services.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members and other healthcare professionals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and members of the community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards.
- Support efficient pharmacy workflow and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Manitoba.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
