We are seeking a motivatedPharmacy Managerthat is passionate about patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity for a pharmacist who is interested inbecoming a partial owner (shareholder)and growing with the business long term. The successful candidate will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional care while leading a strong pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with allOntario College of Pharmacy Professionals (OCP)requirements for Pharmacy Managers

- Oversee daily pharmacy operations

- Provide excellent patient care and maintain solid patient relationships

- Provide patient counseling on prescription and non-prescription medications in accordance with the standards of practice and provincial regulatory requirements.

- Manage pharmacy workflow, staffing schedules, and team performance





- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory efficiently

- Ensure proper staffing levels and operational efficiency

- Administer injections and support clinical services

- Perform related pharmacy services as required – including MedChecks

- Maintain compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

- Canadian Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with theOntario College of Pharmacy Professionals (OCP)

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in community pharmacy management is considered an asset
