Role Description This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist role based in North York, ON. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized care focused on long-term recovery and functional improvement.

Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, implementing manual therapy and exercise programs, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and monitoring progress toward clinical goals. The role involves collaborating closely with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care,



documenting patient encounters accurately, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient experience. The Physiotherapist is also encouraged to participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and clinic initiatives that support personal growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Ontario, with a degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, including experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients, collaborate with team members, and explain treatment plans clearly.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, with the ability to tailor interventions to individual needs and goals while focusing on root-cause treatment.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development within a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
- Experience in private practice or orthopedic/musculoskeletal care is an asset; additional certifications in specialized techniques or sports rehabilitation are beneficial.
