We are seeking a talented and versatile Pianist/Keyboard Player who can both teach piano and play confidently in live settings, with particular strength in gospel and contemporary Christian music.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable playing a wide variety of songs, learning music quickly, playing by ear, accompanying singers, and teaching students at different skill levels.

Responsibilities

- Teach piano/keyboard to beginner and intermediate students
- Play gospel, worship, contemporary Christian, and other styles of music
- Teach chords, scales, progressions, rhythm, improvisation, and playing by ear
- Help students learn how to accompany singers and play within a band
- Prepare students to play confidently in live settings
- Participate in rehearsals or performances when required

What We Are Looking For
- Robust piano/keyboard skills




- Excellent knowledge of gospel and worship music
- Ability to play different songs and musical styles
- Ability to play by ear and transpose songs into different keys
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage
- Patient, dependable, and able to communicate well
- Experience playing in a church, gospel band, worship team, or similar setting is an asset
