Duties

- Design and deliver engaging, personalized piano lessons tailored to each student’s skill level and learning style

- Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals by developing practice routines and technical skills

- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to motivate continued growth

- Incorporate music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm exercises into lessons to build comprehensive musicianship

- Maintain a positive,



encouraging classroom atmosphere that fosters confidence and enjoyment in learning

- Communicate effectively with students and parents about progress, goals, and upcoming events

Skills

- Proven experience working with children and familiarity with early childhood education principles

- Strong classroom experience delivering structured music lessons in diverse settings

- Excellent communication skills to motivate students and collaborate with parents or guardians

- Knowledge of music theory, including math concepts related to rhythm, scales, and harmony

- Ability to tutor students at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players

- Passion for teaching music combined with patience, enthusiasm, and a lively approach that energizes learners

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
