Job Summary

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Pizza Baker and Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas from scratch, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. You’ll also assist with a variety of kitchen tasks, supporting the overall food preparation process in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and sauces with precision and care to ensure consistent quality.
- Bake pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and maintaining ingredient freshness.
- Support the kitchen team in meal assembly, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and surrounding work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.




- Provide excellent service by engaging with customers when necessary, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Experience with serving customers and handling food in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or ingredients, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- A positive attitude combined with excellent teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
