Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Schedule Manager to join GagaMuller. The Opportunity:

GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of major hyperscale data centre developments across Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

As the Senior Schedule Manager, you will lead the planning and scheduling function on behalf of the client, ensuring integrated master programmes are developed, maintained, analysed, and communicated throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Commercial Teams, Project Controls, Commissioning Teams, consultants, and contractors, you will oversee programme development, progress monitoring, schedule analysis, delay mitigation, reporting, governance,



and programme integration from design through commissioning and client handover.

You will also provide leadership and mentoring to project planning teams while driving best practice across Planning and Project Controls on a major North American mission critical programme.

Responsibilities

1. Scope & Delivery Management

- Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and governance of integrated master project schedules.
- Manage project programmes across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Review, analyse, and approve contractor schedule submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor progress against approved baselines and proactively identify programme risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Lead critical path analysis, schedule optimisation, forensic schedule reviews, and programme recovery planning.
- Ensure integration of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client milestones within the overall project programme.
- Establish planning standards and ensure programme governance is maintained across all project workstreams.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

- Lead planning coordination across Project Management, Design, Construction, Commercial, Commissioning, Quality, Safety, and Project Controls teams.
- Chair planning meetings, programme workshops, and executive progress reviews.
- Present programme updates, milestone performance, risks, and recovery strategies to senior client stakeholders.
- Coordinate programme inputs from multiple contractors, consultants, and project disciplines.
- Promote programme ownership and accountability across all project delivery teams.
- Mentor and support junior planners and scheduling professionals.

3. Risk & Compliance Management

- Lead identification and management of programme risks and schedule mitigation strategies.
- Oversee delay analysis, forensic schedule reviews, and impact assessments.




- Evaluate contractor recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Assess programme implications arising from scope changes, contractual variations, and client change events.
- Ensure planning activities comply with project governance procedures, contractual obligations, and client reporting requirements.
- Support commercial teams with schedule-related contractual matters where required.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Produce executive-level programme reports, dashboards, and planning metrics.
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting to senior project leadership and client representatives.
- Maintain programme records, milestone trackers, delay registers, and change logs.
- Prepare critical path analysis, look-ahead programmes, recovery schedules, and performance reports.
- Support strategic project reviews through high-quality planning documentation and programme analysis.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with project governance requirements.

5. Collaboration & Integration

- Work collaboratively with Project Controls, Construction, Commercial, BIM, Design, Quality, Safety, and Commissioning teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between programme, cost, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client reporting.
- Drive planning standards, governance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to the ongoing development of the Planning function.
- Promote a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Qualifications

- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related AEC discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency using Primavera P6 is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex programme data and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
