Northland Floral Inc. is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day production, assembly and warehouse activities, driving discipline and growth in a rapid‑paced environment.

You will establish KPI visibility, implement a regular operating rhythm (daily/weekly), and champion Lean methods to improve flow, reduce waste, and ensure safe, consistent execution on the plant floor.
