Responsibilities:

- Answer service calls as per tenant’ requests

- Perform various plumbing related jobs in buildings

- Install current appliances and service plumbing systems

- Ensure general maintenance of plumbing equipment

- Execute all other related tasks

Experience and Educational Requirements:

- Five (5) years of experience in plumbing

Technical Requirements:

- Working knowledge of French language both verbal and written

- Familiarity with computer / tablets is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

- Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work

- Capacity to work independently and perform tasks according to best practices and established procedures

- Capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions.Knowledge of French both verbal and written

- Knowledge of English, an asset
