Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Plumbing Apprentices and Journeymen/Women to join our energetic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in plumbing, HVAC systems, and construction while working on diverse projects. Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
- Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and related components according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and HVAC systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards




- Follow detailed schematics and technical instructions for system assembly and troubleshooting

Experience

- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC systems, or general construction preferred
- Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, or carpentry beneficial but not required for apprenticeships
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined or elevated spaces safely
- Construction experience or background in maintenance work is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills in plumbing installation, schematics interpretation, and system troubleshooting
