Job Details:
• 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension
• Hybrid (4 days/week in Vancouver) or Open to Remote Canada
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager of Payments to join one of North America's leading athleisure wear companies. This individual will be part of the International Omni team, contributing to upcoming projects and service delivery efforts. Reporting into the Manager, Product Management, the Senior Product Manager, International Checkout will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for checkout experiences across international markets (EMEA and APAC).
You will work at the intersection of Retail Operations, Technology, UX, Analytics, and regional partners, translating business and guest needs into clear product direction and delivering impactful solutions at scale. You will ensure that global product strategy is grounded in regional reality, while translating regional needs into transparent, structured product inputs that inform decision making.
Must haves
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within retail technology, POS, or in-store systems
Experience with third party vendor solutions and working with complex APIʼs Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization decisions
Experience supporting international markets (ideally in EMEA and APAC)
Strong ability to:
Translate complex inputs into clear product direction and priorities Balance global strategy with regional and operational considerations
Demonstrated experience delivering pilots, rollouts, and scaled product launches across multiple markets Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience working across: Technology UX Retail Operations Business stakeholders
Experience making data-informed decisions using analytics and field insights
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and regions Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, fast-moving environments Regional travel may be required Adaptability in working hours to accommodate timezones in India, APAC and EMEA is required along with working with global NA teams
Nice to Have
Experience with payments, compliance, or regulatory-driven product work
Experience working within global platform environments with regional localization needs
