Randstad Canada is seeking a tech-forward L&D; Designer/Developer II for a hybrid role within the Operational Excellence and Process Engineering group in Moncton, NB. The position is a 12-month contract with remote flexibility and in office presence four days per week.

Responsibilities include building Power Platform solutions, data engineering with SQL/Python, and dashboarding in Power BI, with collaboration across stakeholders and a focus on process automation in financial operations.
