You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to deliver cost-effective, well-planned proposals for housing and shelter projects across Canada. Your extensive experience will help convert these proposals into awarded contracts. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to assess project requirements
- Plan opportunity responses and establish delivery timelines
- Develop and issue Request for Proposal documents
- Conduct scope gap analysis to ensure comprehensive project planning
- Create conceptual project schedules using MS Project or Primavera Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- 5-10 years in construction project management
- Familiarity with design-build project processes
- Robust negotiation and leadership skills
