Job Title: Pricefx Integration Consultant/Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pricefx Consultant / Integration Lead with 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in the Pricefx platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing processes, Pricefx configuration, integrations, production support, and stakeholder management.

The role will act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders while coordinating with offshore technical teams to ensure smooth production operations, timely incident resolution, and successful delivery of enhancements and releases.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the Pricefx platform, including configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and user administration.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, price management, rebates, promotions, discounts, and margin optimization processes.
- Experience in production support, incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Proven experience managing business stakeholders and coordinating onsite/offshore support teams.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive issues through resolution while meeting SLAs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience integrating Pricefx with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data validation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with pricing analytics and using data to identify business insights and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience supporting enterprise pricing applications in a production environment.





Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and prioritization across Pricefx applications.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Pricefx solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with business, product, and technical teams.

1. Production Support & Operations

- Lead day-to-day production support activities for Pricefx applications.
- Coordinate with offshore support teams and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Drive incident triage, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and problem management.
- Monitor SLA adherence and ensure application stability and service continuity.
- Support change and release management activities.

1. Pricing & Continuous Improvement

- Support pricing initiatives involving pricing strategies, rebates, promotions, discounts, and margin optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify process improvements.
- Oversee testing, releases, deployments, and production validation.
- Analyze data and pricing-related issues using SQL and reporting tools.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Pricefx and enterprise ERP systems.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pricefx.
- Experience in enterprise application production support and stakeholder management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Solid understanding of pricing and commercial processes.
