Security Guard – $32.00 CAD/Hour

Position: Security Guard

Compensation: $32.00 CAD per hour

Travel: Travel within Canada required; approved travel expenses covered by the company

Background Check: Required

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Guard to provide security and client-facing support in a professional environment. The successful candidate must be confident interacting with clients, highly observant, discreet, dependable, and comfortable travelling within Canada when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and checking in clients and visitors.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the premises.
- Conducting regular interior and exterior perimeter checks.
- Performing routine parking lot checks and monitoring vehicles and activity.
- Maintaining awareness of clients, visitors, and activity on the property.
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security risks.




- Assisting with the protection of company property, merchandise, employees, and clients.
- Maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Completing security or incident reports when required.
- Travelling to company events, locations, or assignments within Canada as required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English and robust professional communication skills.
- Valid security licence where required.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Valid driver's licence is preferred.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules when necessary.
- Ability and willingness to travel within Canada.

Compensation & Travel: $32.00 CAD per hour. Company-required travel within Canada and approved associated travel expenses will be covered by the company.
