JOB DUTIES

GENERAL OPERATIONS

- Be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance

- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work setting

- Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers

- Follow daily procedures and assist with other duties as assigned

RETAIL SALES

- Maintain an orderly and well-stocked appearance of the golf shop

- Assist with merchandising products appropriately and ensure items are stocked

- Build a basic understanding of golf products

- Provide guests with an inviting retail experience

- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries

- Sell and upsell whenever possible

CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Greet and check in guests for their tee times in a friendly and productive manner

- Answer general telephone inquiries and assist customers whenever possible

- Process POS payments accurately and efficiently

- Maintain excellent customer service standards

- Ensure that customer requests and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively. Refer customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor when necessary





POWER CARTS

- Clean, wash, and dry power carts to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers

- Check carts for cleanliness and visible damage; remove grass, mud, dirt, and debris

- Park and organize power carts in designated areas and ensure they are properly stocked and ready for golfers

- Keep cart storage and staging areas clean and organized

- Follow all safety procedures when operating and handling power carts

- Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance concerns to a supervisor

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

- Very reliable and accountable

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and efficiently

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work well independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

Pay: From $25.04 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week

Flexible language requirement

- French not required

Work days

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
