experience related to the position.) 'Prepares advance payroll and the final monthly payroll for members in Québec. Verifies data accuracy (quantity, quality, delivery dates). Calculates the amount to be paid based on market prices, quality premiums, possible penalties, and provincial or contractual specifics. Processes data and generates payments; Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts; Collaborates, provides expertise, and actively participates in the development of special team projects, including the overhaul of the member payroll and capital management IT system. Actively participates in the analysis, optimization, and development of processes and modules related to milk and capital payroll, in collaboration with the IT team. Provides support regarding member registry and capital terms, including updating member data in GELS,



managing capital movements in the GELS application, generating duplicate slips, etc.

Takes

'4 years of experience in a similar role, such as payroll administrator or accounting clerk. ~ Robust oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues and clients in other Canadian provinces).
