Lead client accounts with Retailogists as a Product Manager in the Growth practice. Drive strategies, execute plans, and enhance measurable outcomes for retail clients in a hands-on role. As a Product Manager, you will oversee P&L;, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of accounts.

Collaborate with specialists in paid media, CRM, and more to ensure measurable success for clients. This energetic position requires you to adapt quickly and integrate client feedback into our internal product roadmap for Avia, Orca, and Kora. Key Responsibilities:

- Own growth strategy and execution for client accounts
- Carry billables, meeting revenue and utilization targets
- Manage the P&L;, tracking margin and controlling costs
- Direct specialist teams and ensure accountability
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in your accounts Requirements:
- 4+ years in retail growth or performance marketing
- Proven P&L; or budget management experience
- Deep expertise in paid media or ecommerce
- Strong project management capabilities
