What You'll Do

- Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs.
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, payment, and financing options honestly and clearly.
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone, email, and text.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience.
- Work toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfort using computers and learning dealership systems.
- Ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
- Comfort using social media and other tools to build customer relationships.
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence.
- Previous automotive experience is not required
