Program Implementation Manager

Reports to: Director of Clinical Program Development

The Opportunity
The Program Implementation Manager drives the implementation and launch of clinical growth initiatives by turning ideas into clear plans, practical tools, and scalable processes .
Working across multiple projects and teams, this role owns day-to-day execution, keeps work organized and moving, manages priorities and timelines, anticipates risks and dependencies, and drives initiatives from planning through implementation and launch .
This role is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution and Delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and implementation roadmaps
- Track deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines across concurrent initiatives
- Drive follow-up and next steps to keep work moving and close outstanding items
- Turn broad goals into clear actions and practical deliverables
- Research and synthesize information to support program design and implementation decisions
- Provide concise progress updates, including accomplishments, risks, decisions, and next steps
Implementation Materials and Documentation
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, manuals, templates, checklists, and readiness materials
- Draft internal announcements, briefing notes, training resources,
and launch communications
- Translate clinical and operational input into transparent workflows and user-friendly materials
- Support organized documentation practices, including version control and source-of-truth files
- Produce accurate, thoughtful materials that are ready for stakeholder review or use
Process Design and Continuous Improvement
- Review workflows to identify gaps, duplication, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership
- Design practical, scalable processes that support consistent implementation and operations
- Use project management, workflow, documentation, and collaboration tools to improve visibility
- Recommend efficiencies, templates, automation opportunities, and system improvements
- Use feedback and implementation learnings to refine processes and materials
Risk, Dependency, and Change Management
- Identify dependencies, resource needs, gaps, and risks early
- Bring forward solutions and recommendations when issues arise
- Know when input, clarification, or decisions are needed to keep work moving
- Adapt plans and deliverables quickly when scope or direction changes
- Escalate material issues with clear context, options, and recommended next steps
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Launch Readiness
- Coordinate deliverables across Clinical Growth & Development, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and clinical leaders
- Support working sessions, capture decisions and actions, and ensure follow-through
- Confirm launch readiness across documentation, training, communications, workflows, and operational handoff
- Support launch and early stabilization by resolving issues and updating materials as needed
- Build confidence that assigned work is organized, owned, and moving forward
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, project management, operations, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in corporate project implementation, program delivery, operations, process improvement, or a related execution-focused role
- Experience owning and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and launch
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, manuals, templates, process maps, presentations, implementation plans, and internal communications
- Strong ability to design workflows, build repeatable processes, and identify practical efficiencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, workflow, documentation, and collaboration tools
- Exceptional writing, editing, organization, research, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, anticipate what is needed next, and work independently in a changing environment
