Our client is seeking a Program Lead, Process Documentation & Optimization to support a critical Private Banking transformation initiative. This individual will lead a team of Technical Writers responsible for documenting and standardizing operational processes while helping establish the foundation for a long-term process excellence program. Initially structured as a contract engagement, this role will play a key part in delivering the first phase of the initiative ahead of a targeted November 1st launch, with the potential to evolve into an ongoing program focused on operational optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a team of four Technical Writers responsible for documenting end-to-end operational processes and procedures.
- Partner closely with Private Banking stakeholders to identify, capture, and document current-state workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the creation of documentation for approximately 24 critical SOPs and more than 100 high-volume operational activities.
- Establish documentation standards, governance,



and best practices to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability.
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate documentation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure readiness for the November launch date.
- Assess opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies as the initiative transitions from documentation into a broader improvement program. Support the development of a scalable framework for future process enhancement and knowledge management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Lean6sigma green belt minimum
- 2-3 years of project management experience

- Solid stakeholder management background

Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Rate: $35-42/hr
