- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Program Management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud Migration or Data Modernization programs.
- Solid experience in Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and financial governance.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Platforms, ETL/Data Migration, and Analytics environments.
- Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.
