- Over 10 years of project/program management experience
- Solid communication skills, experience with IT projects, working with senior stakeholders
- Solid background in project planning, RAID, financials, change requests, etc.
- Experience in Canadian banks

Nice to have:

- Experienced with AI-DLC, AI-native programs
- Experienced with vendors/vendor delivery models
