General Information

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting in June of 2027. As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the chance to explore different business units and locations. You will rotate every six months through at least two different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations.

The program’s home location is Montréal, Canada. However, assignments may also take place at various locations across the country. As such, Power+ Graduates must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in Canada, with the opportunity to participate in an international rotation during the program.

The Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates must demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with a high level of initiative, self‑confidence, and curiosity to learn.

Your Background

- STEM background preferred, but not required
- Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
- Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across Canada
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- Good communication skills – oral and written
- Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
- Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada
