Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON. This position supports project planning and execution for high-rise concrete forming and tower crane operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating site activities, assisting with resource allocation, and maintaining project documentation such as work orders, permits, and progress reports.
The Project
Coordinator will communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track timelines, materials, and equipment needs, while helping to identify and resolve operational issues. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety procedures,
supporting maintenance and troubleshooting requests, and preparing regular status updates for management.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with site teams, suppliers, and management.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, preferably in high-rise building, concrete forming, or crane operations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, project management or scheduling tools).
- Ability to work on-site in a construction environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technology, or a related field is an asset.
- Prior experience in construction, logistics, or field coordination is considered an advantage.
