Venture Building — Hetmos Group

We are looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects and senior executives to build, finance, and lead innovative companies alongside our Group.

The principle is simple: you bring the project, industry expertise, and execution capabilities. We provide seed capital, commercial strength, fundraising capabilities, and the infrastructure of a Group already operating in more than 14 countries.

Available Positions

CEO, CTO, CFO, and CSO.

Whether you already have a specific project in mind or would like to take the lead on a project initiated by the Group.

Sectors We Are Active In

Fintech, M&A; technology, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and artificial intelligence applied to professional services, B2B marketplaces, and cloud infrastructure.

This list is not exhaustive. We are open to any cutting-edge project, with a particular preference for projects that complement our existing activities and can leverage our current clients as early adopters.

Nature of the Position

This is a founding partner position, not a salaried role. Compensation is based on an equity stake in the company created.

Profile

Entrepreneur, former executive, senior professional, or investor willing to take an active role in execution.

Previous experience in building or managing a company will be a significant advantage.
