Role Description The Project Manager (Part-Time, Remote) will coordinate and oversee technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves managing project plans, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and security specialists.

The Project

Manager will organize resources, identify and mitigate risks, and support effective logistics and scheduling to keep projects on track. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, preparing status reports, coordinating inspections and quality checks where applicable,



and maintaining explicit documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality control, compliance checks, and verification of project outputs.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate workflows, dependencies, and remote collaboration across teams and vendors.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience managing IT or software projects, familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
