We're looking for a Project Manager is a key member of our leadership team, partnering closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure work is moving forward in the right direction. You stay close to the details, help teams navigate complexity, surface risks early, and create the conditions for strong delivery, while ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and informed every step of the way.

- You have 5+ years of experience delivering digital products
- You’re detail-oriented and proactive, using a deep understanding of the work to anticipate challenges and drive strong delivery
- You think several steps ahead, connecting today’s work to what the team needs to deliver next
- You naturally spot risks early and take decisive action before they turn into bigger issues
- You maintain alignment and momentum, helping teams adapt and stay focused as priorities evolve.
- You're not afraid to lead and can clear blockers and resolve dependencies, ensuring the team can maintain momentum, hit timelines, and deliver their best work.
- You bring emotional intelligence and empathy, anticipating and responding to the needs of both clients and internal teams




- Your approach to delivery ensures goals are achieved and timelines are met
- You’re organized and use tools and resources to create clarity and transparency for both the team and the client

Even outside your core responsibilities; no task is too small for you to own (some examples we talked about, a DM who pitches in for testing, whiteboard requirements when needed, pitch in to help even though you might be short on resources, etc.)

A sneak peek at what you’ll be doing

- The team has a clear understanding of what they need to do, why it’s important, and how they each contribute to the outcomes
- You create clarity and structure by understanding and shaping what needs to be done and can lead planning sessions (sprint planning and roadmapping)
- You keep the team focused through clear daily goals and commitments, while helping manage dependencies to keep things running smoothly (e.g. running daily standups)
- You are hands-on day to day, and understand the work deeply enough to know what needs to happen to maintain momentum, and can help pivot and shift in real-time if needed

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000
