Our challenge
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (IT) who will lead complex technology projects, including ADX Studio and CRM Dynamics migrations to Power Apps and Dataverse. This role will oversee project planning, delivery, governance, budgets, risks, stakeholder engagement, and project closures across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering custom software projects in large, complex environments, preferably within the public sector..
The Role: Senior Project Manager (IT)
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and project closure documentation.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivery requirements.
- Lead complex custom software application development projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Conduct, facilitate, and interpret impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
- Create, manage, and report on project forecasts, actual budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication, decision-making, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- University graduation in business, management, or a related discipline with at least four years of project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least four years of experience working as a project manager with ADX Studio and CRM Dynamics migrations to Power Apps and Dataverse.
- At least eight years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- At least eight years of experience developing comprehensive project deliverables, including charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and closure documents.
- At least eight years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- At least eight years of experience managing large, complex, custom software application development projects in an environment comparable in size and complexity to the client.
- At least three years of experience conducting impact and risk assessments, managing project budgets, and leading stakeholder meetings.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience working in or for the public sector.
- Experience managing mandated and legislated projects delivered within short timelines.
- Experience with public-sector governance,
reporting, compliance, and decision-making processes.
