We're looking for a highly motivated Project Manager, Transformation to help drive strategic initiatives across Canada Operations. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs from ideation through implementation and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational objectives. You will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver measurable outcomes while strengthening governance, change adoption, and organizational effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities
- Transformation Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
- Governance, Planning & Reporting: Establish and maintain strong project governance, including risk, issue, dependency, and decision management. Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials, status reports, and leadership updates that translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder, Risk & Financial Management: Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and support change adoption. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and benefit realization activities while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven success managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Robust governance, reporting, and executive communication skills, including development of steering committee and leadership materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or other project/change management certification.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and business case development.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with significant organizational impact.
