Third Space Properties Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the Income Producing Property accounting team.

You will record receipts, manage PAD payments, rent rolls, and tenant chargebacks across commercial and residential portfolios, while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will reconcile receipts with bank transactions and assist with move-in/move-out accounting, reporting, and ad hoc tasks.
