$100K–$120K CAD expected first-year earnings - High performers earning up to ~$140K - Company vehicle provided

My client is a premium landscape company based in Owen Sound, serving Grey and Bruce Counties and Collingwood. They're the leader in their market, roughly 55 people, and they're growing: a current destination facility opens this year, built to support three times their current size.

They're hiring a Senior Property Care Sales Representative to join the team selling their maintenance services.

The Role

A majority of the client base is cottages and second homes owned by people who enjoy naturalized landscapes and want to relax when they arrive.

70 to 80% of your leads are inbound, with a goal of self-sourcing the remaining 20-30%. You'll assess properties on site, build customized care packages, price and present proposals, and close. Once sold, work hands off to an account manager, so your focus stays on selling.

What You'll Sell

Seasonal openings and closings, cultivating and weeding, specialized pruning, edging and re-mulching, winterization, seasonal colour and planters, landscape lighting,



turf care, and small landscape improvements and installations, snow and ice control.

What You Need

- 5+ years of sales experience in landscape maintenance or garden services (10+ is a strong plus)
- Real plant knowledge. This is non-negotiable. You should be able to walk a property, identify what's growing, and make confident recommendations on the spot.
- A consultative, inquisitive approach and a sales process you can describe
- Ability to relocate to and live year-round in a small, rural, four-season community with natural beauty and a stunning coastline
- Valid driver's licence
