Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a temporary Provider Relations Representative to join our Provider Relations Contact Centre, answering telephone inquiries from health care providers regarding benefit eligibility and claim submission requirements. This 24-month role focuses on accurate information and adherence to program guidelines.

You will verify claims, document feedback, support projects with Excel and Word, and help improve workflows.
