Responsibilities

- Provide psychotherapy treatment in accordance with treatment plans approved by the supervising Psychologist.
- Conduct structured pre-screening and intake interviews, administering approved screening tools as delegated.
- Monitor client progress and risk, escalating clinical concerns to the supervising Psychologist as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Practice strictly within scope and under ongoing supervision, with all diagnostic and treatment decisions reviewed and approved by the supervising Psychologist.

Qualifications

- Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience delivering client-centered, evidence-based counselling interventions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and professional judgment skills.
- Ability to work within regulatory, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
- Comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, Teams, Meet).

Compensation: $60–$75 per hour

Education: Graduate-Level Degree

License: Psychotherapist License in Ontario (required)
